Here at Cumberland Point Campground & RV Resort, we believe seasonal camping should feel like coming home. Where the views are peaceful, the amenities are convenient, and the pace of life slows down just enough for you to breathe. With over 50 full-hookup RV sites, our resort provides a welcoming home base for outdoor enthusiasts, retirees, and families alike. There’s a friendly, low-key vibe that makes it easy to settle in.
Our guests enjoy a well-maintained campground packed with the essentials: a modern bathhouse and laundry facility, a playground for the kids, and a volleyball court for spontaneous fun. We also have a dog park, lawn games, and a large pavilion that hosts community events and everyday hangouts.
Cumberland Point is located in Nancy, Kentucky just down the road from Lake Cumberland and close to marinas, parks, and peaceful countryside drives. The campground offers boat storage for easy lake access and is close to fishing, hiking, and outdoor exploration. Whether you’re parked near the playground or tucked into a shady corner overlooking the pond, you’ll find your own kind of peace here.

Spacious Full-Hookup Sites
All seasonal RV sites come with full hookups, including sewer and water (included) and electric (billed separately). Most lots offer enough room for your RV, tow vehicle, and even a deck or patio setup. Management-approved additions like porches help make your site feel like home.

Private Catch-and-Release Pond
Enjoy peaceful afternoons fishing at the campground’s scenic catch-and-release pond. Whether you’re casting a line or sitting with a book by the water, it’s a relaxing feature that adds charm to your stay.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here . Access to the water is easy , boat ramp in campground and this is an out of the way campground run by the Corps. Real nice sites with lake views and clean bathrooms , cell service is spotty but who needs that when you are on the lake

Yes! Visitors must leave by quiet hours.
Long-term stays (30+ days):
- Cancel 45+ days out: Full refund minus $25
- Less than 45 days: No refund
No. Refunds are not given for no shows, early departures, weather, or guests removed due to rule violations.

Pets
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring up to 2 pets per site. Pets are allowed at RV sites. Pets should be on a leash and please be polite and pick up after your pets.

Yes, please register all golf carts with the office. All drivers need to have a valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Drivers must follow all speed limits and posted signs.
Yes, guests can rent boat storage units on-site for just $850 annually. This is a convenient way to keep your belongings safe and secure during your stay and while you are away.

Each site includes 1 camping unit and up to 2 vehicles.
If you’re a long-term guest with a unit that stays year-round, we just ask that you give it a good wash at least once a year!
No. EV charging is not allowed at the site. This can also damage the campground’s power system.
Yes, as long as it fits fully within your site (not on the grass or road). Otherwise, use the overflow or storage areas.
Yes. We are a family-friendly space. Harassment, excessive drinking, offensive language, or inappropriate flags/signs are not allowed.
Yes—only in approved fire pits. Fires must be attended and trash should never be burned.
Yes, however please bring only local (and not from other states) firewood into the campground. This helps prevent the spread of invasive species.
No. Fireworks and generators are not permitted.
10 PM to 8 AM daily. Please keep voices, music, and other noise low during this time. Children under 18 must be at their campsite or with an adult.
Yes, for guests of legal age. Please enjoy responsibly, use a koozie or unmarked container, and be mindful of others. Alcohol may be restricted in some areas.
